15 Day Return Policy

Any item may be returned for any reason within 15 days of purchase.*

For all purchases except jade items (see below) 33dynasties.com will refund the entire purchase price less shipping and optional insurance upon return of the piece in original condition.

Jade Purchases: Recognizing the difficulty of evaluating jade items from computer images, jade purchases can be returned for a full refund including shipping cost.

* The one exception is any piece for which the buyer has requested TL testing. An unambiguous positive test result requires the buyer to complete the purchase with no return privilege unless agreed between the buyer and seller. Please see the section on TL Testing for details.

Unconditional Lifetime Guarantee

If you can present convincing proof that the date of production of any purchase was not accurately represented by 33dynasties.com, we will refund your money in its entirety. This guarantee is in effect for as long as we are still breathing.
